It comes with the "Samuel 2/C5B" core at a clock speed of 700 Mhz (7*100) and needs 1.5 Volt. Built with the 0.15µm process, this sample was produced in third quarter of 2000 where the mass production of 0.15 µm C3 CPUs only began in second quarter 2001.
